Assistant innkeeper position – April 1 through Oct 31, 2024 at the Casa del Gavilan Historic Inn located at the edge of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in Cimarron, New Mexico. – www.casadelgavilan.com and Facebook. The Casa del Gavilan is a historic 1912 adobe villa situated on 225 acres in a stunning, remote setting. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this professionally operated inn has hosted guests for over 30 years with a long-established clientele and excellent reviews.
This is a hands-on position and includes the typical tasks of reservations, guest services, shopping, cooking, housekeeping, laundry, etc. Housekeepers take care of most room cleaning, but some housekeeping by innkeepers will be necessary. Applicants must be self-motivated, well-organized, detail oriented, personable and professional. Direct innkeeping experience, excellent references, and background check required.
