We get all our towels and linens from Sysco. Even though we only have 4 rooms they have been great. The ones we ordered were very good quality.

Turkish Towel Co--Twyla.
Didn't see Twyla on The Turkish Towel Company website or TurkishTowel.com. Are they the same company? Just one for hotel and one for everyone else?
We got the make up towels from The Turkish Towel Company and Soft Touch on Amazon. The Soft Touch ones are much fluffier and softer than TTTC ones. We change out towels everyday and the guests comment on how much they like the soft touch ones best. Also Soft Touch were cheaper and the tags are smaller so it is easier to fold… The rest of our towels are from here, there, and everywhere!
We also tend towards the colors to match our rooms, different sets, white bath towels with stripes, and then the hand towels and face clothes are the solid colors in the stripes, etc. We mix and match. I know that isn't "The Right Way", but…its us! One guest commented on how they like our different colors instead of all white and can't wait to see what their new towels look like. Another said how they know we change out the towels everyday since the colors and designs are different from the day before. Thanks for noticing!

I would NOT recommend the ones from Target. We had one towel that the stitching came out and got pulls on the first wash. You know, wash it before you use them…. We had them three months so far and not impressed at all. At the rate they are not holding up, they will soon be gone or rags.

Click on Hospitality and there is an email link to Twyla. Prices are 50% off for Inns, etc. We too, until two years ago used color coordinated towels from Costco. Then we switched to TTC and ordered the Candlelight which is an off white neutral for all rooms. It has changed Poppa's life FOR. EVAH. We recently upgraded to their upscale Zenith line. And ordered an extra dozen washcloths, that are easily switched out every day w/o having to replace a whole set. Good times.

Oops, see my response above.

I'm looking for bath sheets. Do they sell those also? ah, found it!

I was always pleased with what I got at Costco and JC Penney. Never felt the need to do ones at the innkeeper conferences. I hate to admit it but I still use some of them☺️

OTOH, I've been using the Target ones for about a year now and they still look good!
But. Plush towels? Turkish towel definitely.

When I started out, Twala was one of us innkeepers, but she retired and went to work at Turkish. I always buy from her, have used the same towels for years. They last and last, and stay fluffy thanks to Generic who recommended Gain Fabric Softener, the only one that softens without hurting absorbability.

Glad to hear that they work for you….! Maybe we got their lemons? We got three different colors and the two are falling apart before my eyes! The blues are holding up a little better...
EN, Yes, when the towels get too bad to be used here they go to relatives and many have not bought towels in years and years since the inn supplies them with "new" towels every couple years.

I bought the rust color as my test towels. Ran them thru the washer everyday for 2 weeks. Colorfast and no pilling or pulling.
Then bought 4 dozen of the ecru. Still going strong. And for $7? I'm a happy camper.

I bought new towels a year ago at Sam's Club (Hotel Luxury Reserve). They have held up well.
These towels come in an assortment of colors but I always stick with white for towels and sheets so I can bleach. I cannot imagine not throwing some bleach into every load. You don't have to worry about fading with white and I don't have to assign certain towels to certain rooms.
