Ronda, what a lovely town! We stayed there many, many years ago at a B&B - I think it might have been the Baraka. It was quite memorable as in the middle of the night a drunk British tourist pounded on our courtyard door, demanding to be let in. Her room was next door.
Another B&B option in the 1871 House. They are self-catering apartments and studios in a very nice residential neighborhood on the Upper East Side. They do have a three-night minimum stay most times.
