I noticed Arks diagram re tax credits on his blog.

Here is one that requires no account to save or export. It also integrates nicely with Google Drive. I think it has all the same features as gliffy.... it just doesn't have the slick starter templates.

The old programming flowchart template! How cool. I still have mine BTW. I was back in the days of Assembler - pre-COBOL.
