Yes, but not often and usually with recipes that are from other B&Bs.

I just made some Pear Dumplings that were a HUGE hit with the guests and mad e nice presentation. Definitely a keeper and super easy.

Sometimes I experiment on DH and myself. I try and do my 'tests' early in the season and with repeat customers.
