Had this twice this week!!! I have booked wed to sat nope you have only booked wednesday as we only had the wedneday! what an idiot. and then had another group insisting they had booked a single as well but they hadn't does everone just make things up in their heads!

NO ONE READS!
We have another dog situation, but fortunately, we were able to work with this couple to make things ok. I have now bolded our pet policy on our website and confirmation letters. Years go by with no problems, then wham! Two in a month.
Are we innkeepers the only ones who read policies or know how to make an online reservation? I'm so frustrated!
