Egg allergy?

Suggestions for guests (multiple) with egg allergy? I'm thinking my fallback oatmeal, cereal or yogurt.
 
Just fixed my vegie/potato fries yesterday morn. Lots of sliced (not chopped)potato's in O'oil w/garlic. When almost done add cut carrot (pre nuked) gr.pepper, corn, onion, tomato & what ever you have. Healthy eaters seem to like it.
 
yep sounds like a plan..guess baked goods are out. or maybe eggless pancakes or an eggless breakfast casserole with sausage, hash browns and cheese
 
Let's get fancy... egg white intolerance or egg allergy. Chicken eggs only, I assume, so duck is fine? (Quickest way to check... the protein in chicken and duck eggs are entirely different, so they shouldn't be allergic to both.)

Banana and fake milk work for French Toast, but you have to be careful with banana as it scorches easily, use a low temperature.

Not a clue. They didn't specify. Because the allergic are not adults I'm not messing around with special menus.
They might be happy with toast for all I know.
The rez form does say the allergens are present in the kitchen.
I'll have to take the snacks out of their rooms.

I've done that before. Then we found a pancake mix with no eggs. We can do the vegan pancakes, too. I F we don't have a full house.

Oh... children... in that case it's usually chicken egg protein. Stick to the known because egg allergy in children can be anaphylactic. Oatmeal. Cereal if you are sure there is no egg (the mother will know). Yogurt. Check the bread, since some bread can have egg or egg wash for the seeds on top.

my book I served pineapple grilled with the coconut French toast It was regular coconut milk Sprinkled it with toasted coconut Served it with Maple syrup.
I make muffins with apple sauce turns out fine with no egg. Fresh fruit on the side. Quails eggs should work out fine also.

We do a tofu scramble with bakers yeast that is darn good. It's not eggs but it has that eggy flavor and the texture is similar. I would just ask. A hundred problems solved just asking what they do eat.
 
For a guest like that, I will give them a fruit plate to start and oatmeal or toast with a side of bacon or sausage. Keep it simple.

Got the list back this morning. Mostly things we don't ever prepare. I'll pick one or two and assume the kids don't eat breakfast anyway. That age group usually pushes food around on the plate, wanders around and wants to watch Gomez cook.

Curious as to what was on their list that you never prepare :)
 
We had a lady last week who wasn't allergic to eggs, but she just didn't like eggs or anything with eggs. So Shelley made homemade pancakes one morning then saved a few for her the next morning. With the biscuits and gravy and all the other stuff, she did not go hungry and she was very happy.
I guess the pancake batter has eggs in it, so that probably isn't helpful.
 
Grilled cheese sandwich; omelet fillings rolled in a tortilla instead of eggs; fruit crisp/crumble or cobbler if made with a no-egg biscuit topping; puff pastry hand pies (can be sweet or savoury).
 
M&M's and cheerios and raisins ...

I just checked ahead for the next month. Nothing but 'allergies' everyday of the week. Lactose, eggs, soy, gluten, peanuts, corn. The only days we don't have allergies listed are days we don't have any guests.

They're getting so common, it's driving me crazy. The few days that we don't have any issues, I actually want to do a little happy dance that I can just do my regular breakfast.
