This query is for users of Apple Macintosh computers.
I presently use Webervations for my online reservations system. I only have two units, so manual entry of my guest data into Quickbooks is not a big deal. However, I'm wondering if there is a better way.
I am familiar with all of the various "virtual terminal" solutions, such as Intuit, but I'm not really drawn to them because their credit card processing rates are so much higher than what I can get by using my desktop CC terminal.
What do you other Mac owners do?

Check out Reservation Key, I think there is a function wherein you can export the data to QuickBooks. John the owner is very helpful with tech support and usually gets back to me quickly.

I'm not a mac user, but here is what I know. SuperInn is platform independent since it runs in a browser only. There are a couple other ones that are totally internet based listed here in the resources. https://www.innspiring.com/resources/website-tools/availability-calendars-/-reservation-systems Book at once was the most recent. It had some nice looking features. You might want to do the free trial..
Hi - I'm from KeepMeBooked (also listed on the page swirt linked to). Happy to answer any questions you might have about our solution (which is web-based, therefore works on a Mac). You might want to take a look at this review on About The Inn which reviews and compares KeepMeBooked, SuperInn and Webervations and does good job of highlighting the strengths/weaknesses of each product:
