Yesterday a bride showed up at the door with gift bags for 4 guests. All of the tags on the bags stated 'in care of This Lovely B&B'. Well, only TWO of the names on the bags are staying with us. Or, are they planning to 'sneak' the other 2 into the room?
We are planning to bring it up at check-in to the person who made the rez. If, however, the non-guests show up first, they will be shown the door.

call the person who made the rez ... or some contact person. maybe the gift bags for the other two people are supposed to be at another place. and if guests are coming to a wedding and have no room, they need to know now.
