I stumbled on this video looking for something else. It is very clever, and looks much harder to do than I think it is. Have an apple and a sharp knife? I am sure you can do this and be the envy of them all.

I know one inn on this forum who will love this! ONE APPLE TOO. Neat
If you all know how I cut my kiwi fruit, I had giant strawberries yesterday and cut one each that way and it was pretty cool! I cut the base flat so it would sit flat on the plate and not roll. I stuffed it into some muesli and greek yoghurt.

Yep, I (we) make a swan apple for our fruit/cheese tray - it took us a couple of practice tries. the neck/head is the hardest to get right

I figured you did this, and practice one thru three you had a duckie.
