I have our rez system set up to send a 'confirmation of receipt' email when a rez is made. Tired of fielding phone calls and emails asking if the rez was received when I hadn't even had a chance to look at the computer yet.
Anyhoo, got an email last night from someone who made a rez last night and who received the 'confirmation of receipt of rez' email asking me if their reservation was confirmed as they cannot read the email that was sent.
How do I reply to them if they can't read the email? Not sure if their email filter blocked the text of the email, if they can't read English, or what.
I've just had 3 days off and I'm already back in high stress mode. Too much to do today and no energy to do it!
