Inn Sitter???

Hello everyone. I'm thinking of getting an Inn sitter while my husband and I are away in Europe for our 30th anniversary.
We will be gone for 3weeks.
We usually close in January and travel, but this year we will be traveling in early October and want to get others feedback on their experiences.
It's not the busiest of month so we could close, but we would lose some income. Any recommendations?

I did find someone, and they are going to live on the property while we're away.
