We’ve had some interesting comments from guests this past week as news filters out we’ve retired. One was that they thought I was one tough cookie when they first met me, but realized it’s just me being efficient in getting the information to them that they need.
They followed that up with saying they loved us and would miss us after staying twice every year for ten years. (So, I guess they figured out fairly quickly that I’m a marshmallow.)
