Looking for B&B in TN and Hawaii

Next week our twin granddaughers will be born and then I'll be heading to AR to visit and help Mom and Dad around the house. I'll have to take the trip in 2 days out and back... and looking for inns to stay in TN Any suggestions between Knoxville and Nashville?
Then in the fall we want to go to Hawaii for a week - several days in both Hilo and Kona. There will be a group of us and interested in whole house. Suggestions?

In Hawaii you should go to the Website of the Hawaii Island Bed and Breakfast Association. We are all legal, get inspected regularly, have insurance, etc. The Website is www.stayhawaii.com.
