Checking stats today and I see a lot of hits over the past week from cisco.com, a real company we have no connection to. The full URL appears to be from a survey that has a video embedded at the end of it. I think THAT'S the spam part- the video. I doubt it's a real product of the folks at Cisco. One more thing to block. I have cut down dramatically on the Russian clicks by removing the page they were spamming.
Looks like they select really outdated blog pages.

I have those and worse...There is nothing I can do and I won't go into the website to find our link.
A guest told me they posted photos on FB and put our place on it as the tag, wondering why we dind't see them, I told her the reason I stated above, I don't want to be tagged, I cannot gaarantee it is a nice person tagging and sharing, so I have that feature turned off on FB.

I did a little checking back when I was getting 20-30 hits a day. Those in the know said your actual link is not on the page. Nothing about you is on the page. The whole purpsoe in having the click show up in your stats is to get YOU to go to the page. So, now I don't even bother unless it looks like it might be real. Like a save the date or wedding planning site.
