Performance Systems International - who are they and are they indeed link trouble makers?

We have been seeing hits on our website from ISP numbers beginning with the number 38, which belong to Performance Systems International. The most recent was a 38.121.8.60 address. Out of curiosity, I google searched and learned little. But some of the online forums mentioning this were disturbing. They mentioned that after getting hits from the series of addresses beginning with 38, that their google links were deleted. I wish I were knew more about such - does anyone here? Swirt?

Nope, hadn't seen that one. Thanks! I chuckled when I read the comments about it being Elvis Pressley! There seem to be a variety of opinions on line on this one...everything from link thievery to government oversight suggestions. Of those offered, Elvis sounds pretty tame!

That's the problem with the internet, it gives a voice to anyone with conspiracy theories ... then it lets us find them keeps us awake worring.
Close your eyes, some sleep .. nothing to worry about.
