Red carrots

My CSA farm had 'parti-color' carrots, mostly red, yellow and some orange. I made a carrot bread today with them. The red carrots are quite 'peppery' in taste and it was pretty interesting bread. Not dense like carrot cake, tho.

The red carrots sound like they would be yummy in soup and stews! I've never seen them before, WOW!

I love the yellow carrots...so sweet. Would like to try the red ones some time!

The red ones are 'spicy' or 'peppery' so they have quite the bite to them.
