OH Right, here we go..... this was a gentlemans opening gambit at check-out this morning, I then get........
a) The TV remote should be in draw by the window (he came down to ask where the remote was)
b) The soap dispenser in the shower should be lower
c) The shaver socket on the side of the electric mirror doesn't work.
There's no point trying to argue with someone like this so just thanked him for his comments and suggestions and said we'd look into them.
In actual fact...
a) The TV remote is always in the draw next to the bed, 99.9% of people manage to find it, in fact 99.9% of people think to look in all the draws in the room (there's not that many) before coming down and saying they can't find it.
b) The soap dispenser is that height because if it's lower people bang into it and either knock it off the wall or knock the containers off the bracket and all the shampoo or shower gel goes down the plug-hole.
c) The shaver socket does work, I tested it. You just have to use it in conjunction with the on/off switch which is next to it.
