I'm sure it's going to be pretty pricey. But yes, it would solve a lot of fire code and general design issues as well.
The Dutch building codes are pretty strong, so if it's gone from prototype to release, you can bet it's a good solid piece of engineering.
But no doubt it will cost a bundle, at least at first.
