One of our two room suites (bedroom, one bathroom, and living room) currently has a kitchen sink installed in one corner. My initial thought was to take out the kitchen sink and replace it with a nice vessel sink to make a small wet bar. However, the room is about 12x12 and had four doors (closet, bathroom, two entrances), so that little corner is one of two usable ones in the room. Do y'all think the wet bar would an important amenity or would it be better to remove it and user it for a small table or seating?
Thanks!

Table or seating. Unless your market is a party crowd that would use the sink. It's rare that guests come into the kitchen here to wash something big like a cooler or big thermos.

We call it a kitchenette and include a small fridge and microwave. Makes the room more valuable. If you can't do that, you probably don't need a second sink.

That was kind of the idea, but with all the doors, it would be very tight to put a table in, too, especially since we want to make it able to sleep two people if necessary.
