I realize this is an odd discussion, because I know what I serve and it's not going to change. But sometimes I wonder. I mean, I just returned from one of those hotels that serves breakfast and I wonder if people really think that that is a good breakfast? A buffet tray of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties and tater tots. I've been to hotels that had plastic baggies of breakfast sandwiches to put into a microwave. Small containers of pre-sweetened yoghurt, etc.
I'm rated by the local government and so I would lose points for using small containers of yoghurt, mini moos or even packets of jam, but yet people check into these hotels. Is this a passable breakfast in their minds? A good breakfast? A bad breakfast?
