We have packages we have been offering for years. When I released the new website, I updated some of them with new offerings. 2 guests booked the old package, weeks before I released the new ones. Here's my question - would you contact them asking if they wanted to get the new package inclusions (higher price) or just leave well enough alone?
My concern is they scan the new package and wonder why they didn't get the new items (even tho I would bet they don't notice the higher price!). If I just 'throw in' the new items I'm out $50 as the new items are GC's I have to pay full price for.

Since they booked the old package, it's something they're intersted in, so I'd contact them with the new offer, assuring them they can keep what they've got but you thought you'd like them to know there's a new version of the package they might like "even better"!

My first thought was to leave it like it is, but the more I think about it, the more I agree with Arky! Just send them an e-mail, it can't hurt and who knows, you might upsell some.

Yep...I would contact them and ask if they would like the add ons you have for the new package for extra $$$
