No, not what you'd want for your last breakfast on earth!

What was the breakfast you served this morning? If no guests this morning, what was the menu the last time you had guests?

Vegetarian, gluten intolerant, early-eating (7:00 a.m.), repeat guest who prefers her eggs scrambled and another repeat that likes light breakfasts - so -
Grapefruit Broiled with Ginger Sugar
Mexican Eggs

My last guests were the horse people who do not eat before 2pm so I made my veggie egg bake on English muffin bread "sandwiches", cranberry triple sec muffins, a couple apples and kiwis (whole), and some baby carrots. They had juice before they left and a cup of coffee, plus a cup of coffee to go. The whole breakfast was "to-go".

Spinach and cheese omelets, gluten-free blueberry muffins (good enough for everybody), hot apple soup.
Spice biscotti on the buffet with the coffee; gluten-free chocolate chip cookies out the night before.
Was it also fresh blackberries and organic cereal?

Not that breakfast. I meant the actual breakfast we served on Sunday before we were only open to special guests. Who, BTW, got leftovers, kindof.
