It depends on how many you need to make, but my favorite way to make them is with the electric mound type. Two of those and a shallow pan filled with rested crepe batter and you can make a bunch to fill and keep warm. They aren't that expensive and are super easy to use and clean. My first one I bought on a whim at a goodwill for five bucks. I liked them so much, I went through a faze where I would order a 35 dollar model as a wedding present for folks. You can dip one, let it cook 45 seconds and drop it on a plate. Dip, pause, let it fall off. Perfect and easy..
