More often then not, our no frills room (a queen bed, no hot tub, no jacuzzi, etc) is the last to go. It goes last minute at a 20% discount to give us a full house.

We have a regular rate until October/middle of Novemeber, where it is peak rate through the fall season. Holidays are peak rate as well. We discount for last minute only.

I think the big difference betweem me and most of you is that I dont live AT the Inn....nobody does. The owners live off site, the Innkeeper off site, the workers off site....it's the guests and the guests only at night.

I serve a breakfast in bed maybe three times a month. Our view entices them out of bed most mornings Like I said, its a better hassle for me to bring them their breakfast then it is to wait on them. With twelve seats that turn over, I can't wait on people.
