....when you don't think you have 10 minutes to spare.
I have to keep reminding myself of this when I'm running around like a chicken with its head cut off! If I would just take a few minutes here & there to have a cup of coffee & put my feet up or sit down and have a cool drink, it would make me feel soooooooooooo much better.
Maybe I need to write myself a note to remind myself to do this when I'm super busy with guests and everything else
Because when I do it, My day goes a whole lot better!
Any other tricks that help you make it through the day when you are feeling stressed out with the workload??
